Elaine B. AlstonElaine B. Alston is a Partner in Alston, Alston & Diebold. Elaine practices in the areas of business law, Landlord and Tenant Law, Mobile Home Law, Real Estate Law, Professional Liability, Probate, Shareholder Rights and Civil Litigation. She received her A.A. degree from Saddleback College, her B.A. degree in social ecology from the University of California at Irvine, and her Legal degree from Western State University at Fullerton. Elaine handled hundreds of eviction trials involving mobilehomes as well as other matters. Elaine has spoken for the Western Manufactured Housing Association and for the Manufactured Housing Educational Trust on Mobile Home and Landlord Tenant issues with regard to new laws and regulations. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association (business litigation section), the State of California Bar Association, the California Conference of Delegates, the Western Manufactured Housing Association and the Manufactured Housing Educational Trust. Vivienne J. AlstonVivienne J. Alston is a Partner in Alston, Alston & Diebold. Vivienne practices Civil Litigation with an emphasis in Real Estate Law, Mobile Home Law and Landlord Tenant litigations. She received B.A. degrees in Social Ecology and English from the University of California at Irvine, and her Legal degree from Western State University College of Law. Vivienne is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Vivienne is a regular speaker for the Manufactured Housing Educational Trust on Mobile Home and Landlord Tenant issues with regard to new laws and regulations. Vivienne previously taught legal writing at Western States University. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association (Real Estate Section), the State of California Bar Association. Donald A. DieboldDonald A. Diebold is a partner in law firm of Alston, Alston & Diebold. Don is a seasoned litigator with fifteen years of experience in business, employment and probate litigation, as well as complex matters involving construction litigation. Don also specializes in contract negotiation, business entity formation, insurance coverage and other general business matters involving mobile home parks. Mr. Diebold has spoken to groups including the Manufactured Housing Educational Trust on Employment issues, and published articles for California Defense Magazine and the Labor and Employment Law Quarterly Update. Don obtained his Law Degree and Masters in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. He graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. Mr. Diebold clerked for Justice Kingsland at the United States District Courthouse in St. Louis, Mo. Mr. Diebold is admitted to both Federal and California State courts and is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association. |
